(a) As used in this article:
(i) "Commission" means the Wyoming water development
commission;
(ii) "Sponsor" means the municipality, conservancy
district, irrigation district, water district, improvement and
service district, water and sewer district, watershed
improvement district, joint powers board, business council of
the Eastern Shoshone Indian tribe or business council of the
Northern Arapaho Indian tribe that will receive funding for one
(1) or more of the projects identified in this article;
(iii) "Water development account I" means the account
created by W.S. 41-2-124(a)(i);
(iv) "Water development account II" means the account
created by W.S. 41-2-124(a)(ii);
(v) "Water development account III" means the account
created by W.S. 41-2-124(a)(iii).
