§ 9-3-450 — Annual report
(a)An annual report shall contain:
(i)The name and business address of each trustee and
each member of a trustee board;
(ii)The financial statements, but not the notes,
required by W.S. 9-3-449(a)(viii);
(iii)For defined benefit plans, the actuarial
schedules, but not the notes, required by W.S. 9-3-449(a)(x);
(iv)The schedules described in W.S. 9-3-449(a)(xiv)
and (xv);
(v)A brief description of and information about how
to interpret the statements and schedules;
(vi)Other material necessary to summarize fairly and
accurately the annual disclosure of financial and actuarial
status; and
(vii)Notice of the availability of additional
information pursuant to W.S. 9-3-445(b) and (c), 9-3-446(b) and
(c)and 9-3-447.
