§ 9-3-306 — Duties of state treasurer; promulgation of rules and regulations
Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 3 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS·Art. 3 SOCIAL SECURITY
The state treasurer shall promulgate rules and regulations not
inconsistent with the provisions of this act as necessary or
appropriate to the efficient administration of the functions
with which he is charged under this act.
