§ 7-3-907 — Limitation of powers
Wyoming·Title 07 Criminal Procedure·Ch. 3 FUGITIVES AND PREVENTION OF CRIME·Art. 9 LAW ENFORCEMENT INTERSTATE MUTUAL AID
Except for the right granted by this act to jointly exercise
powers, this act does not authorize any law enforcement agency
of this state to exercise any power within this state that it is
not otherwise authorized to exercise.
