§ 7-18-108 — In all other cases the expenses of extradition shall be paid by the county applying for the return of the person
(b)Expenses authorized under this section include the
fees paid to the officers of the state on whose governor the
requisition is made, and mileage for all necessary travel in
returning the person not exceeding the rate set in W.S. 9-3-103.
