Text
(a)As used in this act:
(i)"Executive authority" includes the governor, and
any person performing the functions of governor in a state other
than this state;
(ii)"Governor" includes any person performing the
functions of governor by authority of the law of this state;
(iii)"State", referring to a state other than this
state, includes any other organized or unorganized state or
territory of the United States of America;
(iv)"This act" means W.S. 7-3-201 through 7-3-227.
