§ 7-3-711 — Exclusivity of provisions
Wyoming·Title 07 Criminal Procedure·Ch. 3 FUGITIVES AND PREVENTION OF CRIME·Art. 7 COMMUNICATION INTERCEPTION
This act shall be the exclusive means by which any interception
of wire, oral or electronic communications may be permitted for
investigation of the violation of any law, statute or ordinance
of the state of Wyoming or any local, municipal or other
governmental unit.
