Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 7-3-704 (2026).
Text
Any electronic, mechanical or other device manufactured,
assembled, used, sold or possessed in violation of this act may
be seized by any peace officer upon process issued by any
district court or district court commissioner having
jurisdiction over the property, or without process if the
seizure is incident to an arrest or a search under a search
warrant or if the peace officer seizing the device has probable
cause to believe the property was used or is intended to be used
in violation of this act. Devices subject to seizure under this
act are contraband subject to forfeiture in accordance with law.
