Text
(a)The state shall pay the expenses involved in the
return to this state of a person charged with violating the
terms of his parole or who has escaped from a state penal
institution or who has escaped from a corrections program
provided for inmates of a state penal institution other than a
defendant serving a split sentence of incarceration under W.S.
7-13-107 or a probationer participating in a residential or
nonresidential community correctional program pursuant to W.S.
