§ 35-3-114 — Annexation by city or village

Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 3 SANITARY AND IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS

If the district, or any part of it, is annexed by any city or
village, such city or village shall assume and pay the bonds and
other obligations outstanding at the time of annexation.
