Text
The petition for the establishment of said district shall
contain a definite description of the territory intended to be
embraced in such district according to government survey and the
name of the proposed district. No lands included within any
municipal corporation shall be included in any sanitary and
improvement district, and no tract of twenty (20) acres or more
which is outside any municipal corporation and is used primarily
for industrial purposes shall be included in any sanitary and
improvement district organized under this act without the
written consent of the owner of such tract.
