Text
The county clerk shall, within ten (10) days after the notice of
an appeal as provided for in W.S. 24-3-119 is filed in his
office, make out and file in the office of the clerk of the
district court, in his county, a transcript of the papers on
file in his office, and the proceedings of the board in relation
to such damages.
