Text
If any viewer or appraiser shall refuse or neglect to perform
any of the duties required by law or shall fail to act after his
appointment, without a satisfactory excuse for such refusal or
neglect, he shall be fined in any sum not exceeding fifty
dollars ($50.00), upon his conviction thereof in any court of
competent jurisdiction, and such fine when collected shall be
paid into the county treasury for the benefit of the road fund.
