§ 33-28-311 — Licensees working with landlords and tenants
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 28 REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS·Art. 3 BROKER RELATIONSHIPS
(a)For the purposes of this article, a licensee shall be
deemed to be working with:
(i)The landlord as an agent or intermediary pursuant
to a written agreement; and
(ii)The tenant who is a customer unless otherwise
provided for in writing between the parties.
