§ 33-28-104 — Acts constituting person as licensee
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 28 REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS·Art. 1 GENERAL LICENSING PROVISIONS
Any person who, for another, with the intention or upon the
promise of receiving compensation offers, attempts or agrees to
perform, or performs any single act of real estate activity,
whether as a part of a transaction or as the entire transaction
shall be deemed to be acting as a licensee within the meaning of
this act.
