§ 33-28-120 — Assistance of attorney general; independent counsel
Wyoming·Title 33 Professions and Occupations·Ch. 28 REAL ESTATE BROKERS AND SALESPERSONS·Art. 1 GENERAL LICENSING PROVISIONS
(a)The attorney general shall render opinions to the
commission on all questions of law relating to the
interpretation and administration of this act. The attorney
general shall act as attorney for the commission in all actions
and proceedings brought by or against it under this act.
(b)In addition to or instead of the attorney general the
commission may hire other legal counsel with the approval of the
attorney general.
