§ 26-27-104 — Name; power to sue or be sued
(a)A reciprocal insurer shall:
(i)Have and use a business name, which shall include
the word "reciprocal", "interinsurer", "interinsurance",
"exchange", "underwriters", "underwriting" or "association";
(ii)Sue and be sued in its own name.
