Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 26-27-102 (2026).
Text
(a)All authorized reciprocal insurers are governed by
those sections of this chapter not expressly made applicable to
domestic reciprocals.
(b)Authorized reciprocal insurers shall:
(i)Comply with this chapter;
(ii)Make any amendments to their subscribers'
agreement, power of attorney policies and other documents and
accounts not consistent with this chapter; and
(iii)Perform any other acts required for compliance.
