§ 35-24-116 — Application of insurance code

Nothing in this chapter shall relieve an applicant or recipient of an exception under this chapter from applicable provisions of the Wyoming Insurance Code.

In determining which procedure to use, the director shall consider the following criteria: (i) The size of the proposed arrangement in terms of number of parties and amount of money involved; (ii) The complexity of the proposed arrangement; (iii) The novelty of the proposed arrangement; (iv) The substance and quantity of the comments received; (v) The presence or absence of any significant gaps in the factual record
