Text
(a)The director shall publish notice of application
proposals required under W.S. 35-24-104(b) and provide notice to
any person who has requested to be placed on a list to receive
notice of applications. The director may also notify and
request comments from persons as authorized under W.S.
35-24-104(b). Copies of any request received shall be provided
to the applicant in sufficient time to enable a response as
authorized under subsection (b) of this section.
(b)Within twenty (20) days after notice is published, any
person may mail to the director written comments with respect to
the application. Comments may address what type of review
procedure should be followed or specifically request that the
director conduct a contested case hearing regarding the proposed
