Text
(a)No private entity shall construct, operate or manage
any private jail, prison or other structure to house or
incarcerate inmates or prisoners in this state except pursuant
to contract under this article.
(b)Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply to a
nongovernmental community correctional facility or program
approved under W.S. 7-18-104(b).
