§ 33-22-110 — Misdemeanor
It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to act or
serve in the capacity of a nursing home administrator unless he
is the holder of a license or temporary license as a nursing
home administrator, issued in accordance with the provisions of
this act.
