Text
The board shall have authority to issue licenses to qualified
persons as nursing home administrators. No license shall be
issued to a person as a nursing home administrator unless he
shall have submitted evidence satisfactory to the board of his
ability to supervise a nursing home. For purposes of carrying
out this section, fingerprints and other information necessary
for a criminal history record background check under W.S. 7-19-
201 shall be provided to the board.
