§ 37-2-221 — Injunction
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 2 PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION·Art. 2 REPORTS, INVESTIGATIONS AND HEARINGS
No injunction shall issue suspending or staying any order of the
commission, except upon application to the district court in and
for the county in which the commission has its principal office,
or the presiding judge thereof, or the federal court or judge
having jurisdiction there, and upon notice to the commission and
hearing.
