Text
No commissioner or person appointed and regularly employed and
receiving a salary from the commission shall accept any gift,
gratuity, emolument or employment from any public utility under
the jurisdiction of the commission, or any officer, agent or
employee thereof, nor shall any commissioner or person appointed
or regularly employed by and receiving a salary from the
commission solicit, request from, or recommend, directly or
indirectly, to any such public utility or any officer or agent
or employee thereof, the appointment of any person to any place
or position.
