Text
The commission, or upon order of the commission, any
commissioner, or any person or persons employed by the
commission, shall upon demand have the right, insofar as applies
to intrastate business, to inspect or examine the books, papers,
accounts, documents, plant, property and facilities of any
public utility operating in Wyoming, and to examine under oath
any officer, agent or employee of such public utility in
relation to its business and affairs; provided, that any person
other than one (1) of the commissioners shall produce when so
requested his authority to make inspections or examinations
under the hand of a commissioner or of the secretary and under
the seal of the commission.
