§ 37-2-219 — Who may appeal commission decision or action; manner and extent of appeal
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 2 PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION·Art. 2 REPORTS, INVESTIGATIONS AND HEARINGS
Any party in interest or any person or party authorized under
W.S. 37-2-118, to file an original complaint before the
commission, may appeal from a final decision or other commission
action or inaction, in the same manner, and to the same extent,
as provided by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
