Text
The commission, or with the consent of the commission, any party
to the proceedings before the commission, may, in any
investigation, cause the depositions of witnesses residing
within or without the state to be taken in the manner prescribed
by law for like depositions in civil actions in the courts of
this state. All hearings and investigations before the
commission shall be conducted under such rules as the commission
may prescribe and adopt.
