Text
Witnesses who are summoned before the commission shall be paid
the same fees and mileage that are paid to witnesses in the
district courts of this state. Witnesses whose depositions are
taken pursuant to the provisions of this act and the magistrate
or officer taking the same shall be entitled severally to the
same fees as are paid for like services in the district courts
of the state. All such fees shall be paid in the first instance
by the party requesting the process and shall be taxed the same
as costs and included in the order of the commission.
