§ 37-2-207 — Attendance of witnesses, production of books
Wyoming·Title 37 Public Utilities·Ch. 2 PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION·Art. 2 REPORTS, INVESTIGATIONS AND HEARINGS
Any party to a proceeding before the commission with the consent
of the commission shall have process to enforce the attendance
of witnesses, and the production of books, papers, maps,
contracts, reports and records of every description affecting
the subject matter of the investigation.
