§ 3-2-111 — Fees of the guardian
(a)The fees of the guardian shall be:
(i)Reasonable and appropriate;
(ii)Set and approved by the court.
(b)The fees of the guardian shall not be approved by the
court unless all reports required of the guardian are current.
