Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 23-2-415 (2026).
Text
An outfitter or professional guide licensed under this act shall
promptly report any violation of federal or state law or
regulation governing wildlife, game and fish observed by him to
any commissioned game and fish law enforcement officer, a
representative of the involved federal land management agency or
to the board.
