§ 23-2-105 — License to hunt with falcons; license to take falcons; special seasons
(a)Any person holding a valid Wyoming license for game
birds or small game animals may purchase a license to hunt with
falcon from the department at its office in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
(b)A license to hunt with falcon entitles the licensee to
take game birds and small game animals with the use of falcons
or hawks so long as that person also holds a valid Wyoming
hunting license for the wildlife to be hunted.
(c)The commission under such safeguards as it deems
necessary may grant licenses to take falcons or hawks for lawful
falconry purposes. The commission shall also regulate or
prohibit the exportation of hawks or falcons from the state.
(d)The commission may establish special seasons for
hunting game birds or small game animals with falcons or hawks
in areas which it establishes by orde
