Text
(a)The commission may set limits and designate specified
waters as being open to underwater spear gun fishing for fish.
In specified waters the use of spear guns of types approved by
the commission to take fish underwater with or without
underwater breathing apparatus is permissible. No game fish may
be taken unless the underwater fisherman is completely
submerged.
