Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 23-2-409 (2026).
Text
The board may request the attorney general of this state to
provide legal opinions or may employ an attorney to represent
the board. Fees and expenses of the attorney general arising
from such duties shall be paid from the account created by W.S.
23-2-414(d) if billed to the board by the attorney general.
