Text
(a)The Wyoming state board of outfitters and professional
guides is established within the department of administration
and information and shall consist of seven (7) members as
follows:
(i)Two (2) members appointed by the governor from
the public-at-large who are not employed by and do not receive
any income or compensation from outfitters or professional
guides;
(ii)One (1) member of the Wyoming game and fish
commission or its designated representative; and
(iii)Four (4) members representing a variety of
types and sizes of outfitters appointed by the governor from a
list of nominations submitted by licensed outfitters in Wyoming.
Nominees shall be licensed outfitters or professional guides
with not less than five (5) years experience in outfitting or
professional guiding in this stat
