§ 23-2-302 — Taxidermist's license; bond; game specimens must be tagged; records

(a)Any person who conducts business for the purpose of
mounting, preserving or preparing wildlife specimens shall apply
for and receive a taxidermist's license upon payment of the
proper fee prior to receiving wildlife specimens.

(e)Licensed taxidermists and persons shipping wildlife
specimens to, or receiving wildlife specimens from, a licensed
taxidermists are exempt from the requirements of W.S.
23-3-106(a) and (b).
(f)A licensed taxidermist shall maintain records of
wildlife specimens received. Those records shall be available
for a regulatory inspection upon a forty-eight (48) hour
notification by the department. The records shall be submitted
