Text
The commission may annually designate not more than one (1) day
each calendar year as a free sport fishing day. Residents and
nonresidents may during the designated free sport fishing day,
without payment of any fee and without acquiring a license
pursuant to W.S. 23-2-201 or a conservation stamp under W.S.
23-2-306, exercise the privileges of sport fishing licensees
subject to limitations imposed upon licensees by law and
commission rule and regulation.
