Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 18-2-109 (2026).
Text
In all suits or proceedings the county shall sue or be sued as
the "board of county commissioners of the county of . . . . . .
. . . . ," but this shall not prevent county officers when
authorized by law from suing in their name of office for the
benefit of the county.
