Text
(a)Each county, municipality, school, hospital or other
special district, or any two (2) or more of them may enter into
contracts or agreements to jointly establish and operate
recreation facilities, water, liquid or solid waste facilities,
police protection agency facilities, fire protection agency
facilities, transportation system facilities, public school
facilities, airports, public health facilities, community
college facilities, hospital and related medical facilities,
courthouse, jail and administrative office facilities or any
combination thereof, and public access roads to school, hospital
or other special districts where not otherwise provided by law.
(b)Each county, municipality, school, hospital or other
special district, or any two (2) or more of them may enter into
contract
