Text
Whenever any licensee is convicted of willfully violating any
provision of this title, upon satisfactory proof of the
conviction, the division may, after notice and hearing, refuse
to sell alcoholic beverages to the licensee. The administrative
proceeding shall be conducted as a contested case before a
hearing examiner of the office of administrative hearings, who
shall recommend a decision to the division. Judicial review, if
any, shall be from the decision of the division and in
accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative
Procedure Act.
