Text
(a)A person is guilty of the crime of harboring,
assisting, concealing, or withholding information about, a sex
offender, if the person has knowledge that a sex offender is
required to register under W.S. 7-19-302 and the person:
(i)Assists the sex offender in eluding a law
enforcement agency that is seeking to question the sex offender
about, or to arrest the sex offender for, his noncompliance with
the requirements of W.S. 7-19-302 or any other law prohibiting a
sexual offense, child abuse or kidnapping;
(ii)Withholds information, including but not limited
to the location of the sex offender, from, or fails to notify,
the law enforcement agency about the sex offender's
noncompliance with the requirements of W.S. 7-19-302 or any
other law prohibiting a sexual offense, child abuse or
