Text
(a)The collection, storage, dissemination and use of
criminal history record information under this act shall take
place under procedures reasonably designed to ensure that all
information is kept current.
(b)Criminal history record information collected, stored,
disseminated or used under this act shall contain, to the
maximum extent feasible, disposition as well as arrest data
where arrest data is included.
