Text
Notices required by this act shall be given personally or sent
by first class or registered mail to the known residential
address of the consumer. Notice, if sent by mail, is given when
deposited in a mailbox properly addressed and postage prepaid.
Notice may also be given upon delivery of the communication to
the consumer by email or other electronic means if the consumer
provides written consent to receive notice by email or other
electronic means in response to a clear and conspicuous request
for consent.
