An instrument revoking a transfer on death deed is sufficient if
it complies with other applicable law and is in substantially
the following form:
Revocation of Transfer on Death Deed
The undersigned hereby revokes the transfer on death deed

office of the clerk of .... county, Wyoming, concerning the
following described real property:
