Text
(a)The Wyoming community college commission is created.
(b)The commission consists of seven (7) appointed
members:
(i)Repealed By Laws 2000, Ch. 73, § 3.
(ii)No less than three (3) nor more than four (4)
appointed members shall be from counties in which a community
college district is located;
(iii)No more than seventy-five percent (75%) of the
members shall be from the same political party.
(c)The governor and the state superintendent of public
instruction are ex officio nonvoting members of the commission.
(d)Appointments to the commission shall be made by the
governor with the advice and consent of the senate. Vacancies
shall be filled by the governor as provided by W.S. 28-12-101.
Commission members shall not be employees or trustees of a
