Text
(a)The department of corrections, for purposes of
assisting in the rehabilitation of residents of state penal
institutions, may:
(i)Establish industries in state penal institutions
that will result in the manufacture of products or the provision
of services that may be used by any agency or political
subdivision of this state, any agency of the federal government
or any agency or political subdivision of another state;
(ii)Contract with private industry for the sale of
products manufactured in state penal institutions and for the
provision of services pursuant to W.S. 25-13-104;
(iii)Print and distribute catalogs describing goods
manufactured in state penal institutions;
(iv)Fix the sale price for products manufactured or
services produced at state penal institutions and purchased by
