§ 16-4-107 — Authorized purchases or encumbrances
Wyoming·Title 16 City, County, State and Local Powers·Ch. 4 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES; PUBLIC·Art. 1 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL FISCAL PROCEDURES
All purchases or all encumbrances on behalf of any municipality
shall be made or incurred only upon an order or approval of the
person duly authorized to make such purchases except
encumbrances or expenditures directly investigated and reported
and approved by the governing body.
