Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 1-14-113 (2026).
Text
Each officer herein named shall post a list of his fees in his
office in a conspicuous place. For failure to do so he shall pay
three dollars ($3.00) per day for each day of failure, which may
be recovered by the county in a civil action.
