§ 1-14-106 — Payment of fees in criminal cases
In criminal cases where the fees prescribed are not paid by the
defendant or the prosecuting witness, they shall be paid to the
party entitled thereto by the public defender's office, if
subpoenaed by a defendant represented by the public defender,
otherwise by the county.
